Delivery

All orders under £40 will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, which must be signed for, with a cost capped at £2.99.

All orders £40 and over will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured, which must be signed for, with a cost capped at £4.99.

Unfortunately we cannot currently process orders from outside the UK.


Each handmade piece is made to order, so please allow 5-10 working days for your delivery to arrive. During busy periods such as Christmas, please be aware that dispatch times may take longer, and inclement weather may also affect delivery times. However, we will always do our very best to get your order to you on time!


Delivery times quoted are estimated from the dispatch time, and are approximate.


Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.


Returns

We hope you will love your jewellery, but if it's really not what you were hoping for, we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund.*


Refunds

All you need to do is email


returns@ilmajewellery.com


within 14 days from the dispatch date and request a Returns Number.


Write this Returns Number on the Returns slip at the bottom of your dispatch note, and tick the box on the slip indicating it is for a Refund.


Detach the slip from the dispatch note and send it to us with your returned item, in its original packaging, within 7 days. Returns shipping costs are incurred by you. Once received, we will refund the item to your original purchase card. Please note it may take your bank up to 10 days to process card refunds, and ILMA cannot take responsibility for how long this takes.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another, email us at

within 14 days from the dispatch date and request a Returns Number.


Write this Returns Number on the Returns slip at the bottom of your dispatch note, and tick the box on the slip indicating it is for an Exchange.


Indicate on the slip the Product Code and description of the jewellery you would like to exchange your piece for.


Detach the slip from the dispatch note and send it to us with your returned item, in its original packaging, within 7 days. Returns shipping costs are incurred by you. Once your returned item is received, we will dispatch the new item to you, and either refund or charge any difference in price to your card. Please note it may take your bank up to 10 days to process card refunds, and ILMA cannot take responsibility for how long this takes.

* For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.


* Items without a Returns Number will be returned to you without refund or exchange.


* We recommend you post returns and exchanges using a recorded service. Ilma cannot accept responsibility for a lost or damaged return item.
